Imaan and Aqaa'id - Allaah

Is a Person a Muslim when he Rejects the Existence of Allaah?

Q: Imaan-17 : A Muslim made the following statement: "I have stopped believing in Allaah because those who do not accept Allaah's existence are very prosperous. The Europeans do not believe in Allaah's existence and have started to fly aircraft whereas we are still stuck behind Deen" (Allaah forbid!)" He is adamant about this nonsense he speaks and refuses to listen to those who attempt to explain matters to him. In fact, he even argues with them. What is the condition of such a person in the light of the Shari'ah?

Answer: It appears that this person's beliefs are corrupted and he has become irreligious. It is necessary for him to repent, to renew his Imaan and to renew his marriage as well. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
